The Talent Business Alliance is excited to announce its new Board President: Kimber Parris!
Kimber is the owner of Talent’s First Brewery: Art Bop Beer Co. Kimber moved to Southern Oregon in 2009 and started managing a custom jewelry and bead store on Main Street in Ashland. She spent 12 years on Main Street helping multiple businesses excel. Kimber coordinates the Art Residencies at Art Bop, is lead artist, lead gardener and co-brews with her partner/husband Dave.
“I’m honored to take on this role and work alongside such a dedicated team,” Parris said. “Together, we will continue to empower our local businesses and foster a vibrant economic environment in Talent.”
Parris’ election comes at a crucial time as the Talent Business Alliance expands its programs, including technical assistance support and destination strategic planning with the RARE Program. The organization is committed to enhancing the visibility of local businesses and fostering connections within the community.
Outgoing board president, and newly hired Executive Director of the Talent Business Alliance, Darby Ayers-Flood praised Parris’ leadership and vision for the future. “Kimber has a proven track record of supporting our mission, and I am excited to see where she takes us next,” she stated.
