Direction for the Business Incubator
While the Gateway location has real merit, the feasibility study highlighted key limitations, particularly around parking availability and building size, that could affect the long-term viability and growth potential of the thriving incubator program that TBA envisions. TBA believes the Incubator Hub concept deserves a location that can fully support its vision: one with room to expand, flexible infrastructure, and the future parking capacity to serve businesses, clients, and the broader community. We remain deeply committed to bringing an Incubator Hub to Talent and are excited to pursue opportunities that set this project up for lasting success!
