Mark your calendars! The Talent Business Alliance and Adelante Community Partners are teaming up to bring the community Piñatas de Esperanza: Noche de Gala, a fundraiser celebrating culture, connection, and regional revitalization.

An Evening to Remember
This community celebration will feature live music from Combustion (Rock en Español), a community contest, food, a live auction, and dancing, all in support of two organizations working to strengthen the Talent and Phoenix communities.
Proceeds from the gala will directly support the ongoing work of both organizations. Adelante Community Partners empowers and celebrates Latino culture in Southern Oregon through community bridge events, including their signature Day of the Dead Race, which draws hundreds of participants each year. The Talent Business Alliance revitalizes the regional economy through technical assistance, advocacy, placemaking and placekeeping, and the cultivation of arts and culture, creating equitable social and economic opportunities in the wake of the 2020 Almeda Fire.
"This gala is about bringing our community's cultural and economic recovery together in one celebration," said Darby Ayers-Flood, Executive Director of the Talent Business Alliance. "We're proud to stand alongside Adelante Community Partners in an evening that honors Latino culture while investing directly in the future of our region."
