Recap: A Night of Connection at the October Talent Business Mixer

This past Monday, local entrepreneurs and business owners gathered at new business, Hair Sanctuary in Talent for the October Local Business Mixer—and what a night it was!

Hair Sanctuary, Southern Oregon’s first luxury fume-free salon, served as warm and inviting hosts for the evening. Owned by seasoned stylist and beauty industry educator Tiana Boruff, the salon provided a truly beautiful setting for the event. Attendees were welcomed into the serene space with a thoughtfully curated spread of light refreshments that reflected the salon’s holistic and wellness-forward ethos. Not to mention champagne!

Tiana graciously shared the story behind Hair Sanctuary, how her 15+ years of experience, commitment to clean beauty, and passion for empowering other professionals led her to open this unique salon in Talent.

The mixer itself was buzzing with energy, featuring many new faces and fresh business ideas. From seasoned entrepreneurs to budding business owners, the room was full of inspiring conversations and promising new collaborations. With 2026 just around the corner, the optimism and innovation on display gave us a lot to look forward to.
